Roon does not see audio device Soundaware A1-Pro

Core i7 running windows 10 pro 64 bit 16gb ram

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Netgear Orbi, RBR50 ethernet, Nord VPN

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Soundaware A1-Pro via lan and is ROON Ready

Description Of Issue
Roon cannot see the Soundaware A1-Pro which is showing as a renderer and media streamer in my network.

Hello. I have the same problem with the exactly same machine. I made a forced recovery. And had to install the 300ref firmware to get most of its features back exept the sd option! But nothing works here. Anyone?
