Description of Issue

When I play over Roon at first it starts, after a while one speaker falls out, the other has very low volume and quality

Sorry to hear that your speakers are not working properly with Roon. Have you tried checking to see if your speakers are on the latest firmware update?

You can also try connecting both speakers via Ethernet to see if that helps. If not, please take a look at our Troubleshooting Audio Dropouts Guide. There is a lot of great information in there that I think would be helpful to you.
