Roon export of files and playlists to SD Card fails (roon crashes after 50% of the process)

Remote: MacBook Pro where the SC card is plugged in.

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Netgear switch.

Connected Audio Devices

Number of Tracks in Library

146607 tracks.

Description of Issue

Hi,
Usually I transfer files and playlist that I want to take with me on my holidays to my SONY Walkman.
I want the original files and my walkman. ARC is good but I still want the files.

So I select the playlist and use the export function to an SC card.

And no duplicates because I have a lot of overlaps within my playlists.

This time it would have been 10100 tracks.
Coping starts but after app. 50% of the transfer to the SD card roon crashes.

The card has enough free memory.
I’ve tried restarts of course.

Any ideas or help available?
