Roon fails to auto-play next track from playlists or albums (ref#QHTKBV)

· Beosound Theatre - which is set up in Roon as a CC endpoint. Has always worked fine, playing music from Roon to the BST this way, but the issue has now been persistent for the last few months.

Describe the issue

Albums / playlists stop playing at the end of one track, and Roon fails to progress to the next track. I can physically hit "next" and the subsequent track will play. This has been going on for a few months - and I have tried Restarting the Nucleus server, and logging out / in to Qobuz. The speaker / endpoints used are hard wired for network connection.

Speaker / endpoints hardwired for network connection - router feeds a network switch (simple one), from which endpoint speakers get their hard wired network.

Can you please confirm the exact local time + date + track when this issue next occurs? This will allow us to enable diagnostics to see if logs contain further clues. Does the issue only happen when there is a track with a different sample rate than the previous one? If you upsample everything to Max PCM rate or something similar using Roon’s DSP engine (MUSE), does the issue still occur? Also, please note that we have limited staff availability for the holiday period, thanks in advance for your patience until we are able to review your case again.

I am facing the same issue. Playlists on Qobuz do not progress to the next track. End point is chromecast to Beolab speakers. Used to be fine but noticed problem over last month or two
