I don't know

Hello @jan.vareka ,

Welcome to the forum! Can you please confirm - does this issue happen for both local and streaming content, or just one and not the other? Similarly, are multiple zones impacted? Is there any change in behavior if you perform a full reboot of your networking gear and Nucleus?

Hi @jan.vareka,

We haven’t seen a response and we’ll require a little more information to take any effective action on this report.

Please clarify the following details:

  1. does this issue occur with other Zones?

  2. does this issue occur with other sources? (streaming services vs. local)?

  3. does this issue occur with all DSP disabled in MUSE?

  4. lastly, does this occur with multiple file formats? Try playing different sample rates and bit depths, as well as a few audio formats (FLAC, mp3, etc.)

We’ll watch for your response. Thank you!
