Hello @fanfix58 and welcome to thew forum.

According to the message you shared, Roon Server is already running on the machine that shows you that message.

This is not very likely. You know, Roon Server does not have a GUI just a symbol in the task bar for basic control:

After you installed Roon on your PC you should have two icons on your desktop. one for Roon Server should you need it and one for Roon (the GUI/Roon control interface).

Hi @fanfix58,

Diagnostics indicate that you’ve actually installed RoonServer on three separate machines in this environment.

On whichever machines you are not intending to use as RoonServer permanently, close RoonServer as a background process, then find the RoonServer folder and delete it.

Keep RoonServer on the machine you intend to use long-term for hosting your database. On your other machines, reinstall Roon from the downloads page and select your database when prompted.
