Roon file in Mac Library removed to desktop

After moving the Roon file in Library to my desktop and then restored it back to my Library my whole Catolog was gone.
Please advise what to do to solve the big problem. (something changing in the Data base?)

Can you describe what the file was that you moved? File name for example.

It was the complete Roon file in the Library.
This file has the subfiles: Cache, Logs, Settings and Temp.

That is the Roon program and database. I am a fellow user, support will have tools to look to see what steps you can do.

I suspect that moving things like you did, caused Roon to create a new database, but, don’t know for sure. Support will have the tools to know.

Do you have a recent database backup?

You have my sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we’ve been dealing with a higher-than-usual volume following our release and we’re working as quickly as we can to get back to everyone.

I wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you were still running into issues here? @Rugby is spot on with looking at loading a recent backup. That should set you up for success.
