I have been thinking, why is there no client for Roon on AppleTV? If there is an iOS app, it should be relatively straightforward to make it available on AppleTV as well?

Feature suggestion for a display app:
Don’t know if there is another one for a control app, didn’t find one
There is a 3rd party extension for Apple TV not sure it allows browsing though. Using and navigation for Roon isn’t really optimised for a screen and remote. Just look at how it works as an app on iOS and Android and really think how that could translate well to Apple TV or any smart TV box. They have very limited functions and ui most of which is pretty rigid and can’t be changed so their is consistency. It would be so hobbled and would be infuriatingly slow to do just the basic things as searching.

One could Air Play Mirror the iPhone/iPad to the Apple TV and show the safari Browser with the Roon Display website as a work around. I can’t test this since I don’t have an ATV.
Yeah some of these workaround are being discussed in the linked thread. I don’t know details, not an Apple user. However, the web browser display is quite limited. I have a Chromecast and prefer casting the whole app from the tablet
