Sure, I can make it happen on demand by simply opening Roon. Putting my PC to sleep. And then waking up the PC. Date and Time: Oct 2, 2024 1:52-1:53 PM Eastern Daylight Time.

Our servers are having difficulty reaching the Windows Roon instance to request logs.
Are you able to follow the steps here on that machine to locate the Roon
folder and compress (.zip) the logs

As a quick side test, what happens if you temporarily disable your windows firewall? Are you still able to reproduce the issue?
