· The software does not work properly, the unit often send a message that it cannot find server, the songs interrupt frequently and the songs take a lot of time to upload , Internet speed is good and server was checked by the factory (Wadax). Both technical departments say that it is a Roon problem. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out. The symptoms you describe sound like a networking issue. Are the switches you are using managed or unmanaged? Can you please let us know the exact local time + date when you next observe an issue? We’ll enable diagnostics and see if there are further clues in the logging.
Enterprise network switches will often have packet inspection, multicast, and traffic optimization settings that can interfere with Roon network discovery.
Where is your Roon Server machine connected in the LAN setup you’ve described?
Looking through logs, we see at least one instance of a non-network error. Roon tries to initialize an Aries DAC over USB using I2S mode but the initialization fails within 15 seconds each time. What is the specific audio chain you’re actually using? Have you ensured you’re following Denafrips’ suggestions for both I2S and Windows here?
