If it’s just general advice from other Hegel users then here is fine … but they will need a more complete description of your system and what this issue is.

Will, you need to offer some more info “Roon won’t play” isn’t enough for anyone to help you.
Do you have the latest firmware for your H190? Check the Hegel support website to see how to upgrade.
Also, Roon often needs a restart after upgrading the firmware, in order to see your amp as Roon Ready.
