Roon incorrectly organizing Ella Mae Morse albums (ref#KMXVIL)

Describe the issue

I have 3 Ella Mae Morse albums, each in its own folder and the album, albumartist and year tags for each track match for the album each belongs to.
Roon has created 6 different albums from these folders and each album contains tracks from multiple folders. I've renamed the folders to force a rescan and it comes up with another collection of albums with a different mix of tracks from multiple folders in the albums.

The Media Uploader link isn’t working. It asks for my name and clicking “Next” does nothing

What did you name the logs that you uploaded? We weren’t able to find them by searching by your username.

Thanks for providing those files to us. Unfortunately we weren’t able to reproduce the problem. Let’s try reimporting those albums as a next step.

  1. Make a backup
  2. Remove the problem albums from your watched folder.
  3. Clean up your library on the Roon settings → Library → Library maintenance
  4. Reimport the album and see if the organization issue happens again.
