Description of Issue

I reformatted my computer. When I went to reinstall Roon I received a message informing me that I must pay for a second subscription because it appeared I was trying to install the program on a second device.

Can someone, if there is anyone, in Roon please reset my account or do I have to cancel the account and purchase the software again?

Thank you, John Ehrhardt

Your license is still connected to your previous installation. There should be an option to deauthorize/unauthorize the license on your previous install from within the installation. Once that is done, you should be able to use your license again

Also, there’s Roon’s Help-Center to your rescue here, and if you’ve got a database backup of your old installation available, read the instructions from Step 3 on…

Appreciate your reply but I found a button while downloading that let me deactivate the previous device. The download proceeded without a problem. The software is populating now. Thank You. John
