Hi Benjamin,

I have repeated the failure just now and played the whole track.

The track is Nature Boy ( 6 minutes 17 seconds) from the album Blue Moods by Miles Davis streamed at 24 bit 192 kHz, FLAC.

The streaming stops approximately every 3 seconds and restarts at the same point about 3 to 4 seconds later.

Streaming began around 23:40 local time.

I have played this a,bum in the same format using a Linn streaming app and the album plays without interruptions.

CORRECTION:

Streaming began at approximately 22:40 ot 23:40.

I would also point out that when the issue did arise a few days ago I rebooted the system and the 192 stream played without interruptions but the issue then recurred a day later.

Thanks for the timestamps! Right away, we can see repeated poor connection traces:

If you could, please, simplify your network setup, and get a direct ethernet connection from your server to your router, as well as your Linn device, then reboot everything and see if you’re able to reproduce the issue.

Hi Benjamin,

I am surprised at the warning message regarding poor connection.

All of my devices throughout the home are hardwired back to the router using Cat 6 cables.

Is there another possible reason for the poor connection sign.

I wonder if I should reproduce the stream at 192 again at a different time of day so that another diagnostic can be carried out?
