Roon is repeatedly unable to load library, nor can it successfully create a new one

Description of Issue

After a fresh install of Windows I attempted to restore Roon from a backup. Nearly completed many times but ultimately failed to complete each time. So, I decided to just rescan my library and start new and the rescan stopped at about 80% with the same failure to load library error..

Issue finally resolved after 4th attempt at scanning. All good for now

But the original issue, of being unable to restore a backup is still not solved? You don’t say where your music or backup is stored.
