I’m changing the Roon server , from Roon core to Ubuntu Roon server. I stop the previous node but when I’m trying to connect I have the unauthorised status and the message to contact the support ., what’s the procedure that I have to follow

I suppose you set up a new Core? If you start it, there should be a screen like this:
It shows your old Core under “Your Devices”. Click the Unauthorize button next to it to remove the license from your old Core (in the screenshot, the old Core was a Nucleus). Then there should be a new screen where you can choose your new Core.
