Roon login is not recognized by Roon remotes

Description of Issue
Roon login is not recognized by Roon remotes.
Tried with remotes on iOS, iPadOS, macOS.
The Roon remote app ask me to login. I login without a problem (sometimes I have to choose my account only and sometimes I have to login with userid and password). Then I can select my Core (it is detected correctly, with correct IP address, green dot). And then login screen again :expressionless:

Yesterday I updated the RAM of my ROCK form 8 to 16 GB. After that no problems.
Roon Core was running for about 18 hours. Today I rebooted ROCK. I can access the ROCK user interface.

Could you please check my account and your licence server?
I am offline since 5 hours now…

Thanks for your message. I checked, and I am not seeing any issues with your account from my end. Can you please use these instructions to manually access your ROCK RoonServer/Logs folder and upload a set to the following link, and let us know once uploaded? Thanks!

Now my remotes can access the core again. I do not know why.
