Description of Issue

I have tried logging into my account from both my Mac Mini and my wife MacBook Air. Both are unable to do so through a web browser and the Mac Mini is unable to do so through the Roon App. My iPhone logs in to through the website no problem.

Thanks a lot for letting us know of the issues you ran into — we’re sorry logging in proves to be so difficult.

It sounds like you’re trying to log into your account page and this is only possible from your iPhone, not any other Mac devices.

Your account seems to be in good standing, so that shouldn’t prevent you from logging in.

On those devices, can you please clear the browser cache and try logging in afterwards?
