Please confirm if the zone is unavilable or availble when the application is launched. If it is indeed the latter and the zone is disappearing after launch, is anything triggering this? Things to consider:
- Same album(s)?
- Same track(s)?
- Same file type?
- Please provide some insight into when this issue started to occur. Has anything changed? New gear? New software? Updates? No detail is too small
