Since the recent update, I am having issues. Cannot listen to my music because of the above error message. I have tried shutting down, and/or unplugging everything from the Telus modem, the roon core, all speakers and the tablet and pc. I am technically illiterate and can not comprehend most of what is on the support site. Don’t know what else to try - hoping you can assist.

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delayed response here. I’ve activated diagnostics mode for your Core and I noticed that you have Sonos zones, which is where I assume the issue is happening for you. Please note that there is a firmware update for Sonos devices which resolves this behavior, please update to Sonos v15.3 or later, see this thread for more details:
