Description of Issue

Core won't start, so I can't tell you which build. I ran the upgrade to 2.0, it launched but then crashed, then would not fully open the application. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same result. Logo flashes indefinitely, but home screen never loads.

I had this problem with my Dell XPS 15 Windows 10 laptop. Finally, after 8 reinstalls, I just went into Windows and deleted Roon from the computer, but kept data and settings. Then, I reinstalled Roon 2.0 and all it good.

My extreme apologies for the delay in following up! I wanted to check in on this thread to see if you were able to get things sorted out with your core?

If so, I would suggest completely removing roon from your Windows 10 and doing a full reinstall. From there, you can load a backup to restore your library.
