Description of Issue

Roon downloaded to MacBook Air but will not boot; can sign in to trial account, launches page to confirm download; after I confirm the download Roon launches page with message of a redirect and if nothing happens click on a hyperlink that refreshes the page. Nothing happens after several minutes of waiting. Solution sought, please.

Thank you for your post and for your patience. The most likely culprit here is a browser redirect failure for single sign-on. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Set a different default browser on the MacBook Air
  2. Disable any adblockers temporarily and clear your browsing history
  3. Verify that you’ve added Roon as an exception to any network firewalls on your router
  4. If you’re still encountering issues, please let us know.
