Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but Roon is not able to identify a recently purchased hi-res download. I have tried everything to get it to identify this album. I have no problems getting Roon to identify albums otherwise; it simply seems to be this release.

Thanks - I’ve checked and everything seems to be in order. I see it’s in both Qobuz and Tidal.
Can you group the unidentified imported album with the Qobuz version? Maybe that teaches it
Otherwise the album is perhaps simply not on MusicBrainz or whatever Roon needs. You could add it there

If you add it to MusicBrainz, it will need a week or so to filter into Roon, so don’t be disappointed if there is no immediate effect

So #1 worked? It was a long shot
When I first started using Roon it would not identify the Solti ring correctly. Gave up and left it unidentified. To this day I prefer to leave my operas not identified.
Yeah but that also means you don’t get the credits etc. from Roon
I have the SACDs of this one and I’ve left them as individual operas rather than as a single work. Roon picks them up fine.
Sadly it didn’t work.
I may pursue #2, but it will take some time and it will be a while before I can get around to it.
