Hello @ratulhasan00885544 ,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out. At the moment, it looks like there isn’t a Roon Server (Core) configured on your account, which is required for Roon to function. Roon works on a server-and-control model, so without an active Roon Server running somewhere on your network, the Roon apps won’t be able to connect or play music.

To move forward, you’ll need to set up a Roon Server on one of the following:

  • A computer (Windows or macOS) running the Roon software
  • A dedicated Roon server such as a Nucleus or ROCK-based system
  • A supported NAS that can run Roon Server
Once the server is installed and running, you can connect to it from your Roon apps (phone, tablet, or computer) and start using Roon normally. If you can let us know what hardware you currently have available, we’d be happy to guide you toward the best setup option and walk you through the next steps.

Hi @ratulhasan00885544,

This thread is closing due to inactivity, but we wanted to ensure you were equipped for success from here.

Please see this article on Roon’s architecture - it goes into granular detail on what @noris described above:

You might also want to see some of our network recommendations to ensure your network settings and topology are optimized to support Roon:

Lastly, this guide provides a link to some (albiet older) videos to walk you through setting up your Roon library itself:

If you need any assistance, you can reactivate this thread by simply submitting a new request here. If you want setup advice from other users, I’d also recommend posting directly in Roon Software Discussion here on Community.
