Roon not playing any tracks - "too many files open" in log file

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

imac, big sur

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

wired ethernet and wifi

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

SoTM 200 Ultra, tried system output as well

Description Of Issue

Any idea what could be causing this. Nothing “special” happing on my system.

How often does this happen? Every time you start playback?

When did this start occurring? Were there any changes around the time it started happening?

Have you tried rebooting your Core?

Just started today. Continues happening. Trying closing some apps and will reboot if that doesn’t solve it.

Closing apps and restarting roon seems to have cleared it.
