Please open your Roon Remote and select the "System Output" Zone and try to play to it. Do you encounter any playback errors with this Zone?
· I don't have a System Output available, but I'd like to keep troubleshooting
Please try fully rebooting your network equipment
· No, I'm still having trouble
An issue with playback on System Output and another zone often indicates a network security problem. *Check your firewall(s)* to ensure that *Roon*, *RoonServer *and *RAATServer* are allowed to properly communicate
· I'm still having problems / This isn't relevant to me

Please try playing content of a lower sample rate (44.1kHz or 48kHz). Do you still have the same issue?
· Lowering the sample rate improves symptoms but I'm still having problems
What is the model/manufacturer of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?
· It is just the KEF X300A speakers connected through a USB connection to my PC which is a Thinkpad. All network connections for this particular setup are by Ethernet.
Describe the issue
My PC plays out from a pair of KEF speakers through USB and these were and still are visible as output devices. But for some reason Roon stopped playing without any error message. When I try to play music from my library it refuses to play and it displays the " too many errors" message. all the remotes on my ipad, iphone etc. sees the KEF's same issues with them. However my other devices around the house has no problem playing whatever I choose.
Describe your network setup
I have a wired, and wireless network behind an ORBI RBR50 with one satellite. All devices are connected to the same router and all are visible as connected on the devices list. This worked without any problem for at least 2+ years. Although every now and then KEF's disappeared which needed to be switched on/off but this time that doesn't work .
