Roon not playing through any external output on iMac Pro. Other Music sources are. ie Tidal App

Dragonfly Cobalt plugged into iMacPro with IEM’s plugged into cobalt

Description Of Issue

Roon music is not playing through Dragonfly > IEM’s. Dragonfly Cobalt is plugged into USB on rear of iMac. In system preferences/sound/Output tab, the Dragonfly is listed and chosen. Even when I plug the IEM’s directly into the 3.5mm port in the rear, the music plays out of the internal speakers only. If I play from the Tidal app, the dragonfly works, and the sound plays through the IEM’s.

Have you enabled the devices in Roon? Go to Settings > Audio and click on the Enable button.
