Roon not recognizing new DAC connected to UltraRendu, unable to connect to Roon server (ref#RIIQ8I)

· I don't see Roon Server.

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

I had a Topping DAC That became defective. I purchased a new deck and plugged it in directly to my UltraRendu. The new DAC is physically similar to the old DAC With the same inputs and outputs. Now Roon doesn’t recognize Anything. I cannot connect with the Roon server. Your tech questions presuppose that I’ve got disconnected directly to a Windows or Mac computer. I don’t I would appreciate some help.

From your account admin, I see a different machine running Roon Server that is active - are you seeing the same issue on the other server machine?

How is the DAC connected to your router / network? Can you confirm the device is on the same subnet as your Roon Server machine?
