Roon not responding on startup after update

No VPN active - Wifi connection via eero router - connection is stable as I am only 2m away from the router

Connected Audio Devices

Rotel A14 MK2 connected to PC via USB

Number of Tracks in Library

maybe 1000

Description of Issue

Can’t use Roon at all any more. After the latest update it goes straight into “Not Responding” all white screen when starting the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no improvement.

Anyone that can help with the issue?

Did you add/verify Windows_Firewall_Exceptions for Roon processes?

Thanks @Marin_Weigel,

I had allowed access on initial install but somehow after the update there were 2 roon.exe processes to whitelist. I did this manually now and everything seems to be back on track. Appreciate the help!
