Roon not starting

Dear Sir,
with Roon the qobuz files, they start but after a few seconds they stop, all …
my setup:

Roon 1.6 - Windows 10 64 bit - Asus i3 4 GB ram
File Hard Disk usb - Qobuz sublime+
Dac IFI usb

Hello @paladino_vincenzo,

Does this same behavior occur for both Qobuz and Local media files?
Does this issue affect all of your zones or just one in particular, as in does “system output” work as expected?
Have you tried rebooting your Core and Networking gear yet? I would try rebooting everything as the first troubleshooting step.

thanks for the quick answer
I solved partially by toggling the check on “Enable event mode” later I try if it also reads my files on the hard disk.
