Thank you for reaching out. Your Roon Server on the iMac appears to be online and running correctly on our end.

Could you describe a bit more specifically what you mean by “not syncing”? For example:

  1. Does Roon on the iMac show "Looking for your Roon Server" when you open it?
  2. Or does it connect but something specific is missing or not updating - for example new music not appearing, or Tidal library not refreshing?

After going through the whole system I think it is a WiFi problem.
