Roon not updating to latest version on ROCK installation (ref#O2K9WP)

The Rock installation is on Roon version 1311 and will not move to 1353 even though set to auto update

Intel NUC model nuc11tnki7 8gb RAM, updated to latest intel firmware CAP075 purchased 12 months ago - Roon software at 1311 and not moving forward

Connected Audio Devices

Main Sonos Play units with 2 Chromecast TVs and a Ropieee Raspberry pi with All Boss audio hat connected to powered loud speakers

Home Network Details

Roon core has an ethernet connection to DrayTek router. Sonos units are wifi connected. Ropieee is ethernet connected. Music is stored on a Sinology NAS again via ethernet. Draytek Switch and no power line or similar products used. DayTek range extender connected via Ethernet.

It’s a staged rollout and the release announcement said that it would be rolled out to users during this week. It’s Wednesday and therefore normal that not everyone is receiving it yet.

F.Y.I. My ROCK system updated this afternoon after resolutely insisting that no update was available this morning.

It’s still Wednesday

Just pointing out that the update status will insist that there is no update available - until it doesn’t.

And in the UK it is now Wednesday evening.

I think that’s how it works!

In the UK, and I’ve just updated.
