Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Roon is slow, freezing or won’t start

· Roon won’t start up at all

Tell us what's going on

· I resubscribed Roon today. When I open the Roon again, it dose not work even waiting 20 minutes

Tell us about your home network

· My wifi is fine. No problem to the network

Have you tried rebooting everything?

Especially the Roon Server.

Hi @wls,

Please verify that you’ve enabled Local Network permissions for Roon in your MacOS System Settings under Privacy & Settings → Local Network.

Do you have Roon installed on any other devices, and are you able to see the server within Roon on those?
