What’s happening?

I'm having trouble with my audio device

My Roon Nucleus + is dead

@pscreed, I moved this to the Nucleus Support category. Can you confirm the following:

  1. You cannot reach the Nucleus Plus via its web interface, or alternately it is not showing as a connected device in your router’s administration view?

  2. Connecting an HDMI cable from the Nucleus Plus to a monitor or TV shows nothing on the display?

  3. From where did you purchase the Plus (dealer, Roon, etc.) and when did you purchase it?

  3. direct from Roon, warrantee is expired
