@pscreed, I moved this to the Nucleus Support category. Can you confirm the following:
You cannot reach the Nucleus Plus via its web interface, or alternately it is not showing as a connected device in your router’s administration view?
Connecting an HDMI cable from the Nucleus Plus to a monitor or TV shows nothing on the display?
From where did you purchase the Plus (dealer, Roon, etc.) and when did you purchase it?
