What’s happening?

I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

What type of connection issue?

*Some *of my remotes can connect

Roon Nucleus crashed after an update prompt came up. I wasn't able to start the GUI on the machine itself, but could access Roon from my Android Remote. I reinstalled the Roon. Now the GUI will start, but after the update prompt comes up it will crash. The build is Roon 2.0, prod. 1392. This is the first time Roon is acting up like this. Thx,Jakub

Thanks for writing in! I’m not seeing any Nucleus’s tied to your account, could you attempt to bring it back online and make sure its connected to your network?

With that, it would be good to review Nucleus logs. If you could, please

use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
