Roon Nucleus not powering up despite being plugged in (ref#WVWR77)

· My Roon Nucleus will not power up. It is plugged into a functioning wall outlet and in the back of the unit. I don't see any breakers/fuses to check.

· I have had this unit less than a year and haven't spent as much time with it as planned. Recently moved to new home and getting primary system set up. When I put it in service this weekend it powered up and seemed to be functioning properly.

From your description it is not very clear. Do you still have any issues with functioning your Nucleus or not ?

The unit will not power up. This is a hardware issue rather than software, not sure community feedback will solve this problem. Need direction.

  • Select the option: “I am having issue with my Nucleus Hardware”

Just to elaborate on this and ensure you have full information:

The hardware team will require certain unit-specific information like serial number, purchase date, etc. There’s an intake form you can fill out here that will automatically initiate the process.

Select the option for “My Nucleus isn’t working quite right” and follow the questionnaire from there. Our RMA team will reach out promptly.
