Description of Issue

Received new Nucleus. From app, showed the software needed to be updated. Tried using app but the software update just kept going then finally error message saying that it could not update, check internet, etc. Tried installing from web interface, same issue, Now the server says Missing Codecs and the server is not accessible by the app, but I can reach using the we interface. Unusable out of the box. Image attached

While missing Codecs can be a problem eventually, they are not causing your update problems now.

Are there any more details you can provide regarding the network? What model/manufacturer networking gear do you have? Can you try to perform an OS reinstall on a different network? Your Roon OS (build 175) is quite old.

Screen print of your Settings==>General page? (blank out your Roon log in name)
