Received new Nucleus. From app, showed the software needed to be updated. Tried using app but the software update just kept going then finally error message saying that it could not update, check internet, etc. Tried installing from web interface, same issue, Now the server says Missing Codecs and the server is not accessible by the app, but I can reach using the we interface. Unusable out of the box. Image attached
