Describe the issue

My Roon nucleus was working fine then suddenly stopped while it was playing music last night. I turned it off and on repeatedly (which fixed it in the past) but it didn’t correct the problem.

Describe your network setup

Nothing unusual about my home network. Spectrum is our provider.

Thanks for writing in, it’s good to see you on the community again although I apologize in that its an issue that has prompted your recent post.

Are you able to connect to the Nucleus at all? Or, access the webUI of the Nucleus? Here’s more info on the webUI:

Do you see the Nucleus on the devices list within your router settings?

If the answer is no to all of the above, please plug your Nucleus into a monitor via HDMI (while still connected to your network) and share a screenshot. We can often times better understand any hardware-related issues when doing so.
