Trying to Clear Tidal Cache

I am trying to clear my Tidal Cache using the instructions which must be here: https://community.roonlabs.com/t/how-do-i-clear-my-tidal-cache/4010 but I get a “Sorry, you don’t have access to that topic” message when I go to that link. How might I get these instructions? Thanks. @support
