Roon on iMac Pro can’t find my Roon playback device, a Trinnov Altitude 32

Roon Core Machine

Operating system is Monterey. The computer is an iMac Pro.

Networking Gear & Setup Details

The router is an Arris TG4482A from Comcast. The LAN is hardwired.

Connected Audio Devices

A Trinnov Altitude 32 with the latest firmware.

Number of Tracks in Library

Description of Issue

Roon can’t detect the the Trinnov on the network. It used to work 8-9 months ago. The only equipment change has been the Comcast router.

I completely disabled the firewall. No improvement

As always, this turned out to be a network issue. It’s now resolved.
