I’m not sure and I’m just a Roon user, but there were many similar issues like this reported after Sequoia updates.
My best guess is that Sequoia somehow turned off this setting internally, but this isn’t reflected in the visual state of the toggle switch, which still shows the „on“ state. If so, toggling the switch off and back on probably enables the underlying setting, and the visual state then reflects the actual state of the setting again.
As far as I can see from the forum posts, it seems that after doing this once it should be ok.
