Just including @dylan as he was involved in this post I found from last year:
This looks like exactly the same problem - Roon on Macbook connecting to a RAAT endpoint. Different device (Deviant, not a Naim).
This is all pointing to a software problem and not a problem with Naim
Please don’t make me, as a customer keep searching your support tickets. Please at least try to provide some good customer service here guys
