Roon only detects 3,624 out of 36,027 songs in 'Music' folder (ref#5P61Y6)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Music won’t play or issues with my library

· Windows Explorer reports 36,027 songs in my "Music" folder, but when I add the "Music" folder to my Roon watched folders, Roon only sees 3,624 songs. The 36,027 songs represent literally decades of ripping and downloading so I really need access to them.

· No vpn. Fiber internet. Vender provided router. No switches.

What types of files?

Roon will not recognize wma files for instance.

These are all FLAC files.

And every single one of these files loaded without problem on a previous Roon client/server that I had on an earlier machine.

I can’t see it being the case with so many missing but you do have show hidden tracks checked in settings?

Show Hidden Tracks was not checked, but I checked it and the results are the same.

Is there a way to actually talk to a Roon techie either by phone (preferably) or by chat?

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know of this issue, it does sound strange that Roon is only reading 10% of the library. If you manually add one of the subfolders that Roon is not reading, do the files then show up? Is there anything unique about the FLAC files that are affected (sample rate/bit-depth/etc)? Can you share a screenshot of the Windows Explorer properties of one of the affected files?
