Description of Issue

Following on from previous problem where my library wiped/restored itself Vanishing Nucleus + (A) Library - #23 by Geoff_Coupe now , having moved to an external drive , when I try to to import an album it gets to Track 2 and no further …
Ive tried different albums , no difference .

Any ideas ?

Ben with the support team here - sorry for the delay in getting to your thread! I was able to pull up your account and see that your Nucleus is showing 52K+ local tracks active within your core. Are you still having import issues?

Hi , I have no idea what caused it but any imported album would reach 2 tracks and then get stuck . I’ve since updated to the new software release and rebooted and it seems to be back to normal (for now ?!)
