Description Of Issue

Roon will showcase all of the devices on it’s settings page with the following zones:
Kitchen - Dragonfly DAC connected via USB
Outdoor - Dragonfly DAC connected via USB
Master Bedroom - Bluesound Pulse connected via wifi
Office - Bluesound PowerNode connected via ethernet through a dumb switch
Den - HiFiBerry DAC connected via ethernet and toslink output
Garage- HiFiBerry DAC connected via ethernet and toslink output
Portable - BlueSound Pulse Flex connected via Wifi

When I start playback on any particular zone, audio will play but will stop after a while. Audio is primarily being played through Tidal and I am seeing numerous error messages with Tidal not loading my music library. HiFiBerrys tend to disconnect from time to time. I have enabled Flow control on my managed switches. Problem still exists.

Is this a new system, new problem?

Hi @Timothy_Good,

Those screenshots look like a networking issue, either the entire switch goes offline or something regarding it is causing the Nucleus to stop being able to communicate with the outside network.

Do you by any chance have an un-managed switch you could try connecting to the router and have the Nucleus connected to?

How are your DNS servers set up? Are you using Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS?
