· Can’t reach my Server, remotes or ARC

· I was having issues it wouldn't play so looked on my Qnap TS242 and it said it was stopped
· So i deleted the app on my phone and the Qnap expecting just to download it again .having issues there as well . SO i would like some help ...because it has been working with no issues since 2024
The Roon Server package no longer works, please switch to the official Docker image to run Roon Server on your NAS. See also:
Hi @Michael_Jacob, thanks for reaching out. The issue you’re seeing lines up with the current QNAP install path for Roon Server.
QNAP’s older package no longer works reliably, and the supported approach is to run the official Docker image instead. Please follow Installing RoonServer on QNAP with Docker to set it up through Container Station.
If you get stuck on a specific step, send us a screenshot of where it’s failing and let us know whether Container Station is already installed on the TS-242.
