Hey @berryaxe ,
Let’s see if loading a fresh database may be helpful in this case. I’d double-check that you have a few recently saved backups before moving forward. Steps to follow below:
Create a Backup of your current database
Exit out of Roon
Navigate to your Roon Database Location
Find the folder that says “Roon”
Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup

I’ve reset and reinstalled roon pretty much daily since Christmas, so the database is already fresh.
The issue persists.

Hey @berryaxe ,
Thanks for the confirmation. We’re seeing some interesting errors in your core diagnostics in relation to your local library/watched folders and potential playlist files.
If possible, could you test out removing any local files and any watched folders, and see if your crashing still occurs?
I’ll be on standby for your reply.
