When Roon remote is playing the volume control doesn’t work when controlling volume on other phone apps.
Open Roon Remote.
Press play.
Open Facebook.
Play a video.
Adjust volume in Facebook fails.
Stop Roon playback from new notification bar.
Adjust volume in Facebook works.

Go to Settings - Setup
Toggle Enable Lock Screen controls while changing volume

Yes, same behaviour, if the Roon notification bar is shown then it’s not possible to use the Android volume control. Facebook was just an example.
Same issue I think. iBasso DX300. Roon just seems to mute itself. All other apps play sound.
