Hi @Bradford_Paul,

What does the rest of your setup look like?

  1. What is the network setup like?
  2. Does this issue happen across multiple Roon Remotes? Or just on the iMac?
  3. Have you tried re-installing the Roon client on the iMac?
  • Make a Backup of your current Roon Database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location (on the Mac - not the Nucleus database)
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Restart/Reinstall the Roon App to generate a new Roon folder

Also, it doesn’t look like we have access to the log, please provide access when possible.

  1. Xfinity modem in bridge mode to Eero. Switch goes into Eero and iMac and Nucleus ethernet into switch.

  2. iMac only.

  3. Just now deleted and reinstalled Roon for OS X along with the update it suggested after the reinstall.

When i search ‘Roon’ in spotlight, there is no folder that appears. Only the app along with community communications I had that its picking up. on.

Hi @Bradford_Paul,

The Roon app should be located in your ~Library folder path:

OS X Core

You can find your Roon folder (or RoonServer folder) by following these steps:

  1. Open Finder and click Go in the top bar
  2. Hold down the Option key (or Alt)(⌥) to unhide the Library folder
  3. Click the Library folder

Has there been any change in behavior since reinstalling the Mac-Roon app?

Got it. Done.
