This is exactly what I’m experiencing with the SP1000M. I thought it was on account of it supporting only 2.4ghz, but if the SP2000 which has dual bank 2.4/5ghz also has connectivity issues - and others here also report WiFi is spotty and unreliable on their devices - then it seems the common denominator here is that Roon generally isn’t reliable on WiFi - so no point in trying to find another device, this issue will persist.

Not really, these devices tend to have shoddy WiF implementatiins. My Hiby works fine on 5ghz. The issue I am finding is Roon is struggling more on 2.4ghz than it used to. This seems to be affecting my pi’s as well. It uses to run pretty good on either. I only use 2 4 if no option as it’s piss poor in the house due to so many other people’s WiFi. 5ghz rock solid.

I ended up using A&K…
That said, I learned at CanJam Chicago from the Roon team there that Roon Mobile (the real remote solution we’re all looking for) is supposedly coming up later this year… let’s hope
